I think there are degrees of cheating. Telling someone that their partner is cheating on them is a rough spot. I would go for telling the cheating partner that you know and they have two choices: They can say something or You will say something. Cheating destroys relationships whether or not the partner knows, and chances are, it's already known, just not verbalized. And it's a really shitty thing to have to carry in your mind.
