PamPakes and Avon...

Good morning, little ones. It's Saturday morning, and the AVON Fairy has dropped 4 boxes of stuff outside my door, so it's going to be a busy day. People don't realize what work it is being an AVON lady. There is something to do every single day, whether it is delivery brochures and samples, calling to follow up on clients, taking orders, then putting in the orders on what looks to be an SAT form (fill in the bubbles with a #2 pencil) and then delivery...and not for a whole lot of money. But, I have had soooo much fun. I love to give stuff away, and I don't think I've really seen a significant profit from it. My mom says I need to stop giving discounts and free product and start putting it into the bank. I just think it's healthier than a Barbie collection.

I have a new dog, I have to share.

Grace's Aunt got her a pure-bred Golden Lab. (I am more of a rescue the dog from the Humane Society kind of gal, but the puppy is cute). Her name is Abbie. Officially, her AKC name is Princess Abigail pretentious can we be?!?!! She is definitely her Mother's Puppy, she won't listen to me at all, and would rather sleep on Grace's lap than anywhere else. She LOVES ice cubes (eats them like doggie treats) and Tennis Balls (which she also eats like doggie treats). She is gonna be huge when she grows up, so I will enjoy her as a puppy all the more. You must come and meet her!

In response to Lorene's Blog about cheating...

I think there are degrees of cheating. Telling someone that their partner is cheating on them is a rough spot. I would go for telling the cheating partner that you know and they have two choices: They can say something or You will say something. Cheating destroys relationships whether or not the partner knows, and chances are, it's already known, just not verbalized. And it's a really shitty thing to have to carry in your mind.

Wow, I guess it really worked!

Today was a worthless, piece of shit day. I did nothing and certainly didn't want to be there. I am mildly tolerating my job at this point, I hope they do fire me, I could use the vacation. I know that is no way to think about your future, but sometimes, those things are blessings. And, if I do make it another year, I at least can be assured that I won't have the same boss next year. He will be leaving, he only has a two year contract. Sometimes, it's not soon enough.

We finally got the computer fixed. I can't tell you what a relief that is. Poor Gracie has been down with her knees (she will be having surgery on July 20th) and hasn't been able to do much of anything, except fix this damn computer. She has promised me that she will buy me my own, so no matter what she does to this one, I will still be able to surf.

I can't believe it has taken me 2 months to update my Blog.

I still think Short People Suck, but it's more of the short attitude than their actual height that bothers me.

I'm going to attempt to post this. I pray it works!
